I am trying to finish this by the end of the month for a gift to my grandmother
I started on straight because that was easier for me, but now I definitely need to transfer to circulars so I can really see what I am doing, Ive had a heck of a time starting out with the nupps, this is my first time and I think I messed up the first row but not enough to frog it and well I never did put in any lifelines, silly me, will definitely do that on my next lace project, I gave myself such a headache in the beginning but the repeats are very easy to remember so all i well now, just have to push myself to finish this without starting anything else
I am so excited to get to eventually see this blocked!!!
It’s nice to see that someone is moving along on the Swallowtail. I have frogged mine so many times I was afraid the yarn was going to fray into nothingness. I keep getting stuck on the curious double decrease in row (?) 11 that is something about skkp sl1k psso…
ReplyDeleteI keep looking at it and it makes no sense to me. I feel bloody stupid, given that I have been teaching knitting for about 15 years now.
So shoot me. But I refuse to be bested by a moth.
So people do visit here, and I for one am quite impressed.
